Every householder receives a free booklet with a basic thermometer and advice on saving energy at home.Npower sponsors the booklet and provides funding for a Warm Wales Energy Efficiency officer who can visit householders to discuss individual energy efficiency questions.
The Energy Efficiency Officer is also available to make group presentations.
